The Legacy Of Creating Terrific Places Lives On.

During the past 30 years, East West Partners has been creating terrific places that bring people together to share unique, inspiring and memorable experiences. They have conceived such iconic resort communities as Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek. Overall they have produced $34 billion in residential real estate sales incorporating 5,600 residential units.

Here in the Village at Empire Pass, their accomplishments cover an imaginative array of residential communities: One Empire Pass, Flagstaff, Arrowleaf A & B, Larkspur, Paintbrush and Shooting Star.

And now they have the pleasure to introduce Empire Pass's most distinctive ski-in/ski-out residential lodge—Argent.

Ski country, and particularly Park City, experiences runs deep for them under the leadership of their Utah Managing Partner, Bill Fiveash. Their 17 years of developing resort property in Park City have given them valuable local knowledge that has played a key part in creating Argent.

In orchestrating the concept and design of the Argent, Bill and his team of consummate professionals has imagined something unprecedented, inspiring and personally valuable for their owners.

International Experience Comes Home
To Deer Valley.

East West Partners ongoing relationship with Peter Pillman of the international architectural design firm IBI Group took advantage of nearly 50 years of global mountain resort experience including many high profi le projects in Park City.

Since Argent is the last residential lodge in the Village at Empire Pass, Peter and the architectural team including East West Partners' VP Design & Contruction, Joe Geroux, ATA were exceptionally motivated to create an entirely new level of four-season mountain living.

The result is a lively, family oriented environment that invites fun new experiences in addition to the comforts and luxuries of the personal residences. In their quest for distinctiveness there are gathering places both grand and intimate. Plus game rooms just for kids and just for everyone—including Bowlski's bowling alley.

Argent's unique "edge of the mountain" location overlooking the Uinta range and Park City below enabled the team to utilize expansive windows and large decks to best capture cherished natural light as well as mountain and valley views both near and far.

Elegance In Simplicity.

Renowned for his approachable elegance and glamorous, mountain-chic interiors, Barclay Butera has established showrooms in Newport Beach, Corona del Mar and here in Park City. Bringing a charismatic presence to the Silver City, Barclay was the creative force behind the interior finishes and fixtures of One Empire Pass as well as being commissioned the décor for many individual homes.

The residences at Argent are Scandinavian inspired, expressing a minimalist and unpretentious design approach. The consummate goal was to take advantage of the striking views and natural light from the clear expanse of oversize windows.

The residences offer both warm and light color themes, giving owners the opportunity to select a style that most pleases them. The warm palette integrates earth tones and darker wood, while the light palette envisions lighter wood and countertops.

Resonating an authentic connection to nature and the surrounding beauty of Deer Valley, you'll find an imaginative fusion of modern and vintage touches that add warmth plus textural and visual interest.
